Built for Asking for Reviews

A QR code for the counter

Print a QR code on a table card, receipt, invoice or business card. Customers scan it and the review form opens.

A link with your name

urlyte.com/yourshop/review is easy to read out, type and trust, in a text message, an email or a social post.

See if people open it

Count how many customers open the review link, by day and by device, and which channel sends them.

Never reprint

If your review link changes, point the short link to the new one. The QR codes you printed keep working.

How to make a short Google review link

  1. Get your review link from Google

Open your Google Business Profile (search for your business name on Google while you are signed in, or use the Google Maps app). Choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews" and copy the link Google gives you.

  2. Paste it into URLyte

Paste the review link into the box at the top of this page to get a short link at once.

  3. Brand it

With a free account, use a name like urlyte.com/yourshop/review. Make one link per channel (counter, email, SMS) to compare them.

  4. Print the QR code

Download the QR code for your link and put it on table cards, receipts, invoices and business cards.

Good to know about Google reviews

Do not pay or reward for reviews

Google's rules do not allow offering discounts, gifts or payment in exchange for reviews, and do not allow asking only happy customers. Ask every customer in the same way.

The link opens Maps, not the form

Make sure you copied the link from "Ask for reviews". A normal Maps share link opens your listing, and people must then find the review button.

The QR code is too small

Print the QR code at least 2 cm (0.8 inch) wide and keep a white border around it, so phone cameras read it at once.
