How long is the free plan promotion available?

The free plan promotion (normally $20, now $0) is available for a limited time. Once you claim it, you'll keep the free plan forever, even after the promotion ends.

What's the difference between additional namespaces and the global upgrade?

Additional namespaces give you more organizational units (each with 100 shortcodes). The global upgrade increases the shortcode limit to 500 for ALL your namespaces - current and future ones. It's a one-time upgrade that applies everywhere.

Can I get both additional namespaces and the global upgrade?

Absolutely! You can purchase additional namespaces at the promotional price of $2 each (normally $5), and also get the global upgrade for $10 (normally $20). This way, all your namespaces (including new ones) will have 500 shortcodes each.

What happens when I reach my shortcode limit?

When you reach your shortcode limit for a namespace, you won't be able to create new short links in that namespace. You can either get the global upgrade (increases all namespaces to 500 shortcodes) or purchase additional namespaces.
