Can I manage links for multiple clients from one account?
Yes. Use namespaces to organise links by client (e.g., /acme-corp/, /beta-startup/). Each namespace is separate, links, analytics, and shortcodes are all scoped to it.
Can each client have their own custom domain?
Yes. The Business plan supports 3 custom domains. You can set up links.clienta.com, go.clientb.com, and links.clientc.com all from one URLyte account.
Do I need to create separate accounts for each client?
No. One account manages everything. Clients don't need to log in to URLyte at all, you handle link creation and share links directly with them.
Can I export analytics for client reports?
You can screenshot or copy analytics data from the dashboard. API access for bulk export is on our roadmap, contact us at [email protected] if this is critical for your workflow.
What's included in the free plan?
Free plan includes 1 namespace with 25 links, and 10 direct links. Enough to test the workflow before committing. Custom domains require Pro ($5/mo) or Business ($15/mo).
