Short, Clean Links for
Your Canva Designs.

Canva share links are long and full of codes. Turn any Canva design, presentation, flyer or Canva website into a short link you can put on a slide, a printout or a post, and see how many people opened it.

Built for Sharing Canva Work

A link people can type

Replace canva.com/design/DAF…/view?utm_content=… with a short link like urlyte.com/you/portfolio.

QR codes for print

Put a QR code on a flyer, poster or menu you designed in Canva so people scan straight to the design.

See who opens it

Track clicks by day, country, device and source, so you know if a client, class or audience opened your design.

Change the design later

Point a branded link at a new version of the design. The link you already shared keeps working.

Presentationurlyte.com/you/deck

A short link on the last slide so the audience can open the deck.

Flyer QRurlyte.com/you/event

A QR code on a printed flyer that opens the event page.

Canva websiteurlyte.com/you/site

A short name for a site published on my.canva.site.

How to shorten a Canva link

  1. Set who can open the design

In Canva, click Share. Under Collaboration link, choose "Anyone with the link". If it stays on "Only you can access", people who open your short link see a sign-in page.

  2. Copy the link

Click Copy link. For a view-only link, choose Share, then More, then Public view link, and copy that instead.

  3. Paste it into URLyte

Paste the Canva link into the box at the top of this page. You get a short link at once, with no account.

  4. Brand it, add a QR code, track clicks

With a free account, use a name like urlyte.com/yourname/deck, download a QR code for print, and see clicks by day, country and device.

Common problems with Canva links

People see "Request access"

The design is shared as "Only you can access". Change the collaboration link to "Anyone with the link" (view only), or share a public view link.

Viewers can edit your design

An edit link lets anyone change your work. Share a view-only or public view link instead, then shorten that link.

The QR code on a printed flyer goes to an old version

Use a branded URLyte link in the QR code. When you make a new version, change where the link points. The printed QR code keeps working.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I shorten a Canva link?

Click Share in Canva, set access to "Anyone with the link", copy the link, and paste it into the box at the top of this page. You get a short link at once.

Does Canva have its own link shortener?

Canva gives you a share link, but it is long and you cannot choose its name or see how many people opened it. URLyte gives you a short, readable link with click tracking and a QR code.

Can I make a QR code for my Canva design?

Yes. Every URLyte link has a free QR code that you can download and put on a flyer, poster, menu or slide.

Can I change the design a short link opens?

Yes, with a free account. Edit the branded link and point it to a new design. Everyone who has the old link or QR code gets the new design.

Will people see who made the link?

No. They see your short link, then your Canva design. If you want your own name in the link, use a branded link like urlyte.com/yourname/portfolio.

Is it free?
