Manage Links as a Team.
Without Sharing Passwords.
Invite teammates to a shared link workspace — individual logins, per-person attribution on every link, and owner-only billing. Collaboration your whole team can trust, starting free.
Built for Teams That Share Links
No shared passwords
Every teammate signs in with their own account. Stop sharing one login — it's insecure, and you can never tell who did what.
Attribution on every link
See exactly who created and last edited each link. “Created by Jane” turns a shared pile of links into an accountable workspace.
Owner-only controls
Teammates manage links, namespaces, and custom domains — but only the owner controls billing and the team roster. Collaboration without handing over the keys.
One-click revoke
Remove a teammate's access instantly when a contract ends — without resetting passwords or disrupting anyone else's work.
Shared workspace switcher
Members flip between their own workspace and yours in one click. Your links, namespaces, domains, and analytics — all in one shared place.
Full team analytics
Everyone sees the same click data — by country, device, source, and over time — so the whole team works from one source of truth.
How Team Members Work
Invite by email
From the Team section, invite a teammate by email. No shared credentials, no new passwords to manage.
They join with their own account
Your teammate signs in (or signs up) with that email and gets access to your workspace on top of their own.
Switch into the workspace
A workspace switcher appears in their sidebar. They pick yours and start managing links right away.
Work with full attribution
Every link they create is tagged with their name. You stay in control of billing and who's on the team.
Who It's For
Marketing teams
Run campaigns in parallel and see which teammate launched which link — no stepping on each other's work.
Agencies
Bring account managers into one workspace with a clear record of who set up what — for accountability and client reporting.
Small businesses
Invite a freelancer to manage your links, then remove them cleanly when the project wraps — credentials never exposed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do team members work in URLyte?
On the Business plan you invite teammates by email. They join with their own account (no shared passwords) and gain access to your shared workspace, where they can create and manage your branded links, direct links, custom domains, and analytics. Every action is attributed to them.
Do my teammates need their own URLyte account?
Yes — and that's the point. Each person signs in with their own email, so there are no shared passwords. If they already use URLyte, they simply gain access to your workspace on top of their own personal one.
Can a team member see my billing or remove other people?
No. Team members can manage links, namespaces, custom domains, and analytics, but billing and team management are owner-only. You stay in full control.
What happens to my team if I downgrade from Business?
Team access is automatically suspended when you leave the Business plan — there are no orphaned permissions to clean up. Re-upgrading restores it.
How many team members are included?
The Business plan ($15/month) includes 5 team seats alongside higher limits for namespaces, links, and custom domains.
