Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and your new limits apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Your existing links always keep working. You just won't be able to create new namespaces or links beyond the lower plan's limits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you try URLyte with no time limit. Paid plans don't have a separate trial, start free and upgrade when you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within 14 days of your payment, contact [email protected] and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
